CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS

Several of the Gore Family Foundation’s basic schools have recently received much-needed capital improvements. These efforts have included:

– Collaborating with Eurotrend Manufacturing Limited to install new kitchen cupboards at Chetolah Mel Nathan Infant Centre and also installing new kitchen equipment 
– Upgrading the kitchen at Mission House Basic School

– Sprucing up the kitchen at St. Anne’s Infant School in Downtown Kingston
– Upgrading the kitchen at Sandhurst Early Childhood Development Centre by fixing the extractor fan, the window, and installing new cupboards
– Upgrading the kitchen at Amy Bailey Basic School with the addition of a 3 burner stove
– Updating the kitchen at Arnold Road Methodist Basic School
– Completely revamping the kitchen at Vouch Sylvia Foote Basic school

To date, the Gore Family Foundation has spent a total of J$1,913,967 on these projects and will continue to invest in the infrastructures of these basic schools to ensure the provision of healthy learning environments for our children.
