The Paediatric First Aid workshop took place at the Amy Bailey Basic School on Tuesday April 18 and Wednesday April 19, 2017.

‘E-Fast’ delivered the training presenters were Mr. Ricardo Bennett and Mr. Westman Prince, both certified instructors.

The training had two parts theory and one part practical. All theory work was held on the first day of the training with the practical instruction taking place on day two.

All participants were expected to do a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) simulation and a written test and GFF is pleased to report that all our attendees were successful in their examinations.

GFF is glad to be involved in our basic schools and to provide practical training on the most important aspects of caring for Jamaica’s children.
